The driver, Diane Shuler, was driving her van around 85 mph and on the wrong side of the roadway when she collided with an SUV. Seven years after a fatal car crash in Palm Beach County, a jury awards the family of 16 year oldKaitlin Kazanjian $6 million dollars from Carlos Pozo who crashed the car. The Dream Act, what is it? The Dream Act is aimed at providing a solution to those who are classified as ‘illegal immigrants’.
