New York Airplane Crash

New York’s worst crash over the Hudson River in eight (8) years may have been caused by crowded airspace. The corridor over the Hudson is less than three quarters of a mile wide with anywhere from ten (10) to twenty (20) aircraft flying through at one time. The private aircraft carried a family from Pennsylvania and the helicopter carried five (5) Italian tourists celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary. The family members that were left behind will need a personal injury attorney to help them work with the airline and helicopter companies as well as their insurance companies.
